As the Project Management Director at Apne Links, Mr. Ijaz brings 40+ years of experience to our clients. An MEP engineer with decades of expertise, Mr. Ijaz has worked on many prestigious projects in both UAE and the UK. He manages a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential projects including retail, recreational, industrial, institutional, hotels, and hospitals.
With the unique mix of diverse projects under his belt, Mr. Ijaz delivers proven results. He maintains the full spectrum of project supervision from building plans, material approvals, MEP review, operational and maintenance direction, budgeting and financial reporting, vendor contracts, to project supervision. His talent for stakeholder management, team building, providing value-engineered solutions, and sticking to schedules enables him to lead projects successfully to completion.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Ijaz has worked on many remarkable projects which include the Business Bay in Dubai, Jumeriah Island Dubai Project of 736 luxurious villas, Dubai Media City buildings, National Bank of Dubai, Emirates Training College Dubai, Hamarain Commercial Centre, and Marriott Hotel-Dubai.
